Pricing/Occupancy: $179-249 per night/double occupancy. Your room rate includes evening snacks, soft drinks, wine and cheese and full three course breakfasts. We guarantee that you will receive the lowest price by booking directly through our web site or by calling us directly. We will beat whatever price you find on an OTA (Expedia, Airbnb, etc) web site.

Reservation Policies: On most weekends, there is a two night minimum.
Guaranteeing a Reservation: Receipt of a deposit of one night’s stay or half the total stay will hold a reservation. We accept personal and Travelers checks, MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover. When a credit card is used for a reservation it is processed the day the reservation is made. Checks should be received within 7 days of making a reservation.
Cancellations: Refunds, less a $20.00 processing and cancellation fee per room booked, will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable unless the room or rooms is/are rebooked. Any reservations rescheduled within our cancellation period will be charged in full if subsequently canceled.
